Ali Hadi is a quiet, shy young boy living in a closed, isolated area where opportunities for personal growth and community engagement are limited. Despite his reserved nature, Ali had a deep interest in technology, particularly robotics. Yet, his lack of confidence and understanding of how to connect with others kept him from exploring his passion further.

One day, Ali came across our organization during an outreach initiative. Through our programs, he learned about a series of sessions focused on Robotics and Community-Based Training (CBT). Eager to develop his skills and pursue his interest, he signed up for the sessions, hopeful but unsure of what to expect.

In the robotics sessions, Ali not only learned about technical skills but also how to creatively apply his ideas. With the support of the trainers, he was encouraged to step out of his comfort zone. The sessions incorporated group work, which helped him practice communication and collaboration with others. For the first time, Ali felt confident enough to share his thoughts and ideas with peers.

As he progressed through the training, Ali gained not only expertise in robotics but also vital life skills. He learned how to engage with his community, build relationships, and effectively communicate his thoughts. His newfound confidence allowed him to become more involved, not just in technology, but in community activities as well.

Ali’s journey reflects the power of combining technical skills with personal development. Today, he is not only pursuing his passion for robotics but is also an active, engaged member of his community, bringing his ideas to life and inspiring others around him. Through our organization’s outreach and the CBT sessions, Ali found a path to unlock his potential and grow in ways he never thought possible.
