Our Programs
Dedicated to Lebanon's betterment
Protection
I'mpossible Organization implements protection activities by starting with non-focused psychosocial sessions for beneficiaries, including women and girls from Lebanese and Syrian backgrounds. These sessions often begin with craft activities as ice breakers and cover awareness topics such as sports and nutrition, breastfeeding, managing children in crisis, and the harmful effects of drugs and smoking, tailored to the interests and requests of the attendees.
Based on the needs of the beneficiaries, I'mpossible also conducts focused sessions guided by curricula specifically designed for the participants. The success of these sessions has fostered trust within communities across Akkar, leading to an increased demand for psychosocial support from various groups.
Education
I'm Possible offers comprehensive educational activities through three key programs: Youth Functional Skills, Competency-Based Training, and Youth Basic Literacy and Numeracy.
The Youth Functional Skills program provides training in computer skills, English language, and finance to Lebanese and Syrian students. The Competency-Based Training program offers specialized training in social work, supporting children with educational difficulties, and teaching, specifically for graduated students. This program also includes employment opportunities through cash-for-work initiatives. Additionally, the Youth Basic Literacy and Numeracy program delivers Arabic and mathematics sessions for children aged 14 to 24, along with life skills training for all youth.

Livelihood
I'm Possible supports vulnerable Lebanese and Syrian
communities affected by the economic crisis by distributing essential hygiene
kits, fresh food, and other food assistance. These efforts aim to alleviate the
immediate needs of those struggling to meet basic necessities, ensuring better
health and nutrition. Through these targeted distributions, I'm Possible works
to provide relief and stability to those most impacted by economic hardships.
Advocacy
I'm Possible participates in advocacy activities by building
partnerships with international and local NGOs to champion women's rights and
support their economic empowerment, focusing on rights such as maternity leave
and fair wages. The organization creates opportunities for youth to engage in
advocacy by involving them in trainings and campaign,
fostering a new generation of advocates committed to promoting and protecting
these essential rights. Through these collaborative efforts, I'm Possible aims
to create a more equitable and supportive environment for women in the economic
sphere
